Reference Call number: PDEL1312110006 of Electrolux.
I have Electrolux Fridge model ER37FF
The plastic shelves are broken. I wrote to Electrolux Care for providing to me two new flat shelves on payment. The service rep came and checked the fridge and came with two shelves which are meant for placing bottles. I donot need this type. I need flat shelves whereon items other than bottles can be stored. The service rep stated that shelves made of aluminium wires will be available for Rs.700/- each and went away with his items.
Subsequently I received a phone call from him stating that shelves would be imported and each would cost Rs.2700/-. I wrote to Electrolux Care that such a price was high and that they should supply shelves with reasonable cost.
Today I received an SMS cancelling the call number and stating that estimate not approved.
Today I feel that I made a mistake of purchasing this make, as Electrolux Care donot care for customers after sales requirements.
The sloution not provided by Electrolux Care leads to deficiency of service to consumer, that I am.
I like to register the complaint with the FORUM for redressal.
