Illegal and unauthorised constrction

Respected Sir/Madam

I want to draw your attention towards the subject cited above. Resident of Flat no 702 (II Floor) LIG Flats, HASTSAL near Uttam Nagar New Delhi 10059, has encroched whole roof and creatting concrete strcture to encroched the whole roof.

I lodged a complaint at no 100 but they refused to entertain as according to them it comes in the perview of MCD and DDA.

So kindly look into the matter and stop the constrction otherwise other will follow the same route and mushroom like illegal strctures will become intractable.
