Dear sir,
I am a resident of Sadiq Nagar, New delhi.i have 2 Pre-paid mtnl Trump connections. For the past 1 week our area is facing serious network problem. The Tower of our area is not working which inturn results in low signal.the signal from the nearby areas are not strong enough to make/receive call... even one can't send an sms... i have lodged the complain with the Call Centre (1503) but all in vein. I have also complained to the higher autorities regarding this but they are also lingering on the problem to one another...
I am confident that the higher authorities may notice the problem and rectify it...
