Recent i had minor accident. i got it repaired by authorized maruti service centre when NIC manager told to do so. during settlement only 50% of painting was given, your surveyor & mechanic had told that 100% painting is applicable. my vehcle is a 5 seater & below 1000cc yellow board. when other insurance company is giving 100% painting for same type of vehicle, why can you give the same? i'm thinking of going to consumer court regarding this & change the insurance company. You'e endursing every commerical vehicle with endursement no.23, which is applicable to vehicle with higher capacity i.e, above 6seater. Please clarify immediatly wihtin 3 days. i'm waiting for reply
