Coolent leek & bad painting

I am holding a marti car (Swift vdi ABS)) which I bought it from varunmotors - one year back. I have given this car for third service & body shop for Denting & painting, I found there is a coolent leek from engine side after servicing, And they delivered my vehicle with a poor painting & denting as if an unauthorised service cener And painting looks like as if water droping
