sir i have taken plan of 199 99 pack in whih you have given me unlimited calling in rim no and smart no and i have use till date in only rim and smart no. and in others no i use only 200 rs max but my unbiled ammount is shown 1150 rs by your customer care and from 1 sep to 22 sep you have deactivate my outgoing 3 times, your customer care are giving reason that your credit limit is 750 so ur outgoing is deactivate and if u will deposite fund then ur ogoing will be start, sir please tell
IF IN RIM NO & SMART CALLING IS FREE THAN HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MY UNBILLED AMT IS 1150 RS, WHY SHOULD I DEPOSITE AMMT TO ACTIVATE MY OUTGOING? WHY UR BILLING OF RIM AND SMART NO CALLING? NOW UR INDORE HEAD IS SAYING CLOSE UR CONNECTION WE CANT DO ANYTHING .
PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO NEEDFULL AT THE EARLIEAST POSSIBLE .
