This is to inform you that I have taken Airtel Broadband connection on 08/07 in tthe name of A.D.Pharmaceuticals ltd. (airtel a/c no-12059912) at that time my rental was 799Rs with 256kbs unlimited download, but how it changed to other plan in which downloading is limited to 3 gb only, we dont know how did it happend and now the bill which has been sent to us is of an exorbitant amount. And for this we have made several complaints against this but we didnt get any response from concerned person in your company.
