About pending provident fund

Hello Sir,

I was an employee of spice telecom mohali (punjab), worked as an cce (call center executive) in prepaid inbond on full time basis. My employee id is

701930.I worked 9 months (29 august-27 may) with this company. At that time "OMNIA BPO SERVICE" was the vendor of spice. My salary pakage was Rs.6, 200/-

month and according to company's rules near about Rs.250 was deducting per month from my accout as the p.f. After working 9 month with this company due

to some personal reasons i left the company on 27 may with proper company's rules & i give the resign & notice period also. After leaving company on 5

september i fill the forms to get my p.f. As per the company rules i should get my p.f.amount with in 90 days. But after passing 7 months till now i didn't get

this amount.

Sir, i visited there many times for my p.f.amount & i request there many times to get my p.f. amount. But the employees of the h.r. department of the

company are saying me to wait for some time again and again

.So, Sir please do somethimg in my favour. I m waiting for your positive response. Thanks.
