I activated aircel pocket internet on my mobile, but very few times i can access the net. it usually shows - pocket connection not available, web timeout etc. and if we want to call customer care we have wait for atleast 8-10 minutes for the call to get connected, and if ever it connects there will always be a language problem, the other person only know one language.and then he will tell to call after some time to talk to some other person.how can nontelugu peaple communicate with them?? aircel service is very poor and bad!
