Wrong bill to pay

Sir,

i am Deepu from trivandram . i am using airtel sim i have used the plan ofg monthly 150 and platinam pack of 200 unlimited to one number .i called the customer care centre and said to de activate the platinam pack and they said the updation is gooing on and they will do the de activaction proceess after updation and they forgot to do thart and next month i got the bill including the platinam pack rs 200 . why this happen . customer care means to satisfy the costomer not to un satisfy customer . so i am going to cancel the sim i dont want airtel . they are irr responcible.
