Customer Complaint -Mahindra Tractor Division
Dear Sir
Referring to my previous ref no. with 121 ie. 940851234 etc and Ms. Geeti Kapoor
I have briefed them on two Issues
a. Being a 25 member group of Airtel, we are being kept under different CUG. Why??
b. Mr. Vaibhav Singhal (M-9896278166) Customer Care Manager based at Karnal has
taken the Member List from me on 6th July and inspite of calling him again and again
not resolved the Issue for keeping us in One CUG.
We are unnecessary paying for speaking to each other in our team.
Request you to take the same on top priority, Else we will be forced to lie down all
