I had booked for Airtel Internet Connection on 5-10-09 and paid 3000 advance towards 5 months internet charges. However the internet connection could not be provided due to some technical resasons by the company (they had to dig a road to get the cable which they felt was not profitable). When I called the cutomer care they said that the amount woul be refunded in 15 days. After 15 days I again called up customer care and they gave me a complaint # 25750920.They said that the money would be refunded back by 2-11-09 .Till today I have not got my refund back kindly help me with this. I am greatly distressed by this. I shall not recommend anyone to go for Airtel services, their after sales services are really bad.
