Defected SIM with No solution

Dear Sir,

My mobile No is 9801193830, this No is activated on date 03 Mar from Day one I am facing one unique Problem, I have not received a single call from this SIM card, but it is receiving automatically, without touching any key Pad, on 9th Mar at 2:30 pm, I have filed a complaint No 0308641212 to Customer care Executive Mr. Anil, he said this problem will short out in 48 Hrs, then i have called again after 48 hrs and then many times then again I have filed complain No 3031513658, and on date 21 Mar it is said this problem is shorted out. After that, I have checked my cell phone from the Motorola Service Centre they said Phone is OK and we have tried another SIM card of same company in the same set and it is working smoothly.

Now i am unable to understand what i have to do, because till today I have given this No to my all family, friend & colleague, and whosoever call me it will answer automatically, and call started, problem worsen when I have gone on the roaming then also call is receiving automatically and my entire balance has gone. Because of this problem, i have missed many important calls, and feel so shameful in before my family friend & colleagues, and huge financial loss.

Now still, the problem persists in my cell.

I really need a solution of this. And i have faith in my governments... Plz solve my problem as early as possible...
