Not blocking my prepaid sim

Dear sir,

sir i have lost my mobile 09935378508 on 1-7. my pre paid mobile is used by unauthorised person. after meeting with your customer care center she says i will blocked your sim in 48hr but it not happened. please block my sim so that it's unauthorised used can be checked.
