Poor Response from Airtel

Customer Care & service is very poor in Airtel. I have following complaints from Airtel. They try to mint/rob money from customers in all the possible ways.

1. My number is 9840859529. When my call gets over in 59 seconds airtel charges for two calls. They are extracting money from cusomters in whatever way they can.

2. As per my prepaid plan I can have one addon facility for one number and the number is 9840584933. Inspite of deducting 20 paise per call they are deducting Rs.1.20 per call for the add on number. It is still continuing.

When I tried to contact customer care they don't give proper response. The customer service people are taught to tell only "sorry for the inconvenience, we will solve your problem". Except these words they do not tell us anything else, how much ever we ask them to solve our problem.

I have made repeated calls to customer care citing my problems without any result.
