Till date not received gas cylinde

I have booked for cylinder on 3.04. at jamuna gas service, Jhansi

but till date i haven't received gas cylinder, & today (16.04.2010.) when i go for

login complaint then they said that come at evening because we are not responsible for distribution, this is not ur duty, ur duty is to just write down ur complian.
