Builder by name Chowgule Real Estate & Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd, has build up around 10 buildings (114) flats (named as Chowgule Gardens), with many illegalities. further to it they have violated many rules and regulations set by the State Government, (Non-clearance from Navy since this falls under the flying zone/ No proper parking lots per flat/ smaller road/ no garbage disposal system/ making of soak pits in the open area etc) still they were able to get the clearance from the Govt. authorities. they have also failed to fulfill number of commitments made while selling these flats to the buyers. (provision of 24 hours security/ to develop around 3000 sqmtr of open space into garden with playing equipments fro childrens, sitting arrangements for the residents/ club house/ gym/card room/ 24 hour security, etc) Since the builder has a strong lobby with politicians the flat owners hardly dare to go against the builder in the court or file a case against the builder.
MAY I REQUEST THAT IF SOMEONE CAN HAVE A INSPECTION OF THE SAID AREA TO ASSURE IF THE ABOVE IS CORRECT INFORMATION AND HELP THE 114 RESIDENTS TO GET LEGALLY COMPENSATED.
