Forced activation of services and deduction of balance by 'AIRCEL'

Sir,

My name is MURALI KRISHNA T (Ph no.7207362546) and i am using AIRCEL network. I am facing a problem from my network provider regarding the forced activation of services and deduction of balance with out my knowledge, i am seriously suffering with this network provider. I have logged a complain to the customer care with the number 1-8450671939, but there was no response and they were putting me hold and disconnecting the call after 10 minutes. I need u to take some serious action regarding this service provider whose cheating many innocent people like this.
