A $19.95 charge appeared on my bank statement from 1st Credit Now. I was clueless to what this could be for. I called 800-951-1089 and was told it was the first payment on repairing my credit history. They will not refund this amount. However, they did give me a verification number to cancel any further payments.
Jason, the customer server representative made the comment: "Do you realize how many phone calls I get a day listening to the same complaint? " There is definately something very wrong here with the way their web-site is set up and that certainly needs to be looked into and fixed. Can so many people possibly be making the same common mistake? Are we all equally computer illiterate out here in the internet browsing world? I don't think so!!!
