Poor service!

I had my first share of bad experience with Airtel now. I have a prepaid connection and had my STD plan of Re 1 activated from around 3 months. All of a sudden, on its own this plan of mine was deactivated and a National message plan was activated which i was not even aware of. I had called up airtel regarding this at least 5-6 times and spoke to a various customer executives and each time i got a assurance that my problem will be solved in 48 hours. After 12 days of this drama, i was told that they can not do anything about it and i have to bear with this plan for a month at least!

The Customer Care of Airtel sucks big time... if they can't solve a problem at least they should be honest with their customers rather than keep harassing them!
