What to do with Airtel?

Dear reader i am subscriber of airtel mobile number. The 1st problem is that I have activated airtels miss call alert facility where by im suppose to get a message of details of call which i missed due to some reason for which i have to pay Rs 15/- but for last 5-6 months im not getting any message but i have to pay rs 15/-. The second example of how airtel harassed me is, on 23rd oct 07 i had to go to new Delhi and without any intimation my roaming was deactivated and i had to face many hardship and it also effected because people calling me thought i had not paid the bill and thus my mobile was not functioning. I also lost some clients. When i came back on 25th oct when i came back and inquired about it, the customer care lady admitted the fault and informed that the roaming had been activated again, i also got a long mail from airtel confirming the same. Again 0n 1st nov 07 i had to go to Delhi and again my roaming was stopped/deactivated without any information. I have suffered a lot. Airtel has caused loss to my profession/reputation and caused me a lot of trouble.
