I have replaced my normal SIM with Micro SIM due to my new handset requirement on 05-01 at Kalyan Nagar, Airtel Relationship Center, Bangalore. I have submitted all the required documents and surrendered the normal SIM also to them. However, till now (09-01) my microSIM was not activated. I have called customer care more than ten times and visited the same ARC (Kalyan nagar, ARC, Bangalore) three times (Monday evening, Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning). Even i remembered the customer care person in that ARC several times through Phone. But till now no response.
I would like to know why it was not activated even after four working days?
Is this will be the customer care services for the Airtel customer?
