Please note that any amount sometimes 25, 50 and 15 have been deducted from my balance in the name of downloads or subscription of services like Airtel tv or airtel live with out my consent. And they say link has been clicked by me by mistake.
Even my number has been put on barring. I cannot have a talk to the customer care representatives, and when I let them know about the deductions from another number, they say these deductions are automated by our system.
Your Customer care representative does not care to respond.
This type of forcible deductions are unethical, for your information.
