I, Srinivas Sripada want to introduce myself as an airtel customer. I am using airtel mobile service for more than 3 years with mobile number 9908019728 from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. From more than a week, there being a very frequent display (once in every 5 minutes) on my mobile stating "mcheck on airtel". Immediately, my mobile is being disconnected from service. When ever, I am talking to my friends or officers, my airtel service is being disconnected every time, thus by creating misunderstanding to my friends / officers / relatives with whom I am talking. They feel like any thing and using to blame me for disconnecting the conversation in the middle. I hope you can understand my sensitive problem.
This problem occur very frequently to my mobile number or I can say every time, whether it is an incoming or out going call. I request you to please issue necessary instructions to the airtel service provider, Hyderabad not to repeat the problem.
