Airtel Mcheck Application

I'm using airtel connection since more than 2 years. Using Mcheck application to pay the bill online. Application was installed on Nokia 3110C handset; was working fine. While due to some network related issue i changed handset to Nokia 7210 Supernova. I have downloaded and activated the virtual card from ICICI Bank as well as Airtel. Then I pay my one bill.

Now since more than 2 months I'm not able to use Mcheck. It's showing "Account Verification is in progress... Click ok to continue". I contacted ample of times to Airtel as well as ICICI Bank regarding the same Everyone is saying that your virtual card is already been activated. From one month Mcheck support team says (Neha / Ciana) that we are working on it.

But once the due date is over they are including 50 rupees fine in bill & calling again & again for the bill payment. But no one is answering for Mcheck related issue. If we contact them they cut down the phones. Airtel as well as ICICI Bank both are irritating regarding this.

Please help regarding this.
