I have prepaid card from Airtel since last 5 years, last week I have received two consecutive a messages saying that ‘you have been renewed for football subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10. Enjoy best Games! Dudecting 10 Rs. Each time from my balance amount. I had spoken to the customer representative at their toll free no. but got reply saying we cannot refund the amount. I don’t understand even though I have not subscribed to any service why this deduction that too twice in a month (19/08 & 29/08).
