Hi,
I am a airtel customer. Recently i am getting messages like "Resubmit the documents for ID proof. Otherwise the network will be disconnected".
I am using this number from last 6 years and i have submitted the documents in the begining. Again why they are asking for documents.
And now for all the incoming calls the number is coming as "Un known" I am not able to see who is calling until i attend the call.
Why Airtel is doing like this.? All of a sudden why you need the documents now?
If u want to submit the docs tell the exact address like where i can submit. and what needs to be submitted.
I am very much irritated by this Airtel service for not shwoing the numbers while receiving...
