I had called customer care 121 from an Airtel Service Center about stopping this Subscription Video Parlour Service, which was activated without my consent at a rate of Rs 5.00 per day (Req. Ref. No. is ROVDE40903896077) on 3rd Sep 2011. She said that the service has been stopped immediately. But today 4th Sep I again got an SMS saying that "You have been renewned for Subscription Video Parlour Service. You have been charged Rs 5.00".
I would strongly request to stop all these services with immediate effect once and for all and credit-back all the charges to my account.
