Dear sir

I am the loyal customer of Idea cellular since last 5 years. I am using prepaid connection my cell no is 9911223674 . I am very much happy with your services but since last 3 to 4 month I am facing lots of problem. It include...

1 - more then 2 times value added services like cricket alert, Filmy Pack etc are activated automatically. when I complainant to customer care then they were not agree to register my complaint

2 - After convincing some other customer care executive, he registered my complaint and told me that we will inform you next day. Next day 2 sep 11 I revived a call from Idea, executive told me that within 24 hours your balance will return to your no .but I did not got till 2 days .then again i called but someone told me that sorry we can not do any thing.

3 - Once I have got recharge my cell through top up but I did not got the balance.
