My airtel prepaid mobile number is 9980990217. The incoming call facility to my number has been barred since monday (27/9/10). I had already submitted my documents on thursday (23/9/10).
I've already visited the airtel customer care centre in sheshadripuram 6 times until the time of this complaint and made umpteen calls to 198 and 121. The only change is a sufficient reduction in my balance.
None of the executives provided a solution to the problem. Each call or visit ended with my documents being verified.
I was asked to call #330*0000# from my mobile to reset the call barring code, but it didn't work.
Why is it so difficult for airtel to solve this problem? And why cant i get a proper solution at your customer care outlets?
I would appreciate a quick solution and a refund on the amount i've spent on calls to 192 & 121.
i sincerely hope you would do the same at the earliest. Else i would definitely consider changing my service provider.
