The aietel prepaid users are not attended by the customer care..despite trying for more than 2-3 hrs the call is not connected to the executives or even if its connected no bidy anwers... if we follow the option by dialing 121 they say we goot to sms nd for that charge..nd if dialing 121 is free why is that when there is no balance in the account the call is not connected but is disconnected saying that there is no balance in the account... i think airtel is much interested in promoting there offers than catering to the needs of the customers
