NO PROPER RESPONSE, IRRITATING ME AND I LOST MY MONEY

Sir,

I'm "MOHAMED IQBAL BA" using "Airtel mobile service" and my number "9789908884". I have activated caller tune first time around 10pm on 16th-sep, film "ANBAE SIVAM" and I was charged 15rs. on next day I had conversation with customer support regarding to start my caller tune in the middle part of tat song. I asked him that "IS THAT POSSIBLE " on 17th-sep. He (Gurusankar - Airtel customer care exe) has given word "POSSIBLE". So on that day I have done my second activation for the same song and it was charged 15rs again. But it does not happened. I have the same start in my caller tune and I lost my second trans amt 15rs also. Again I made call to them four to five times and I experience no proper response. They are as follows "SHEELA AND KAMAL (Airtel Customer care exec)". Till I do not get my money and service properly. All i have in hands is only the complaint reference number - 0917280275. Kindly consider my complaint and give solution to the customer as well as me.
