Hello sir/madam,
i am a airtel prepaid mobile user. i had cancelled airtel music portal subscription service on 5-Nov-10. But till date (17-N0v-10), Rs5.0 is getting deducted everyday in the name of this service. i have tried calling airtel customer care lot of times but they are not able to help me. I would like to stop them from deducting rs5.00 everday from my account and also credit back me the earlier deducted amount.
