Airtel landline cancellation

Hi,

This complaint is against Airtel Landline No. 0120-4560102. I wanted to cancel my Airtel account as I was shifted to another place. I raised request on 29th november for cancellation and it was agreed that the account will be cancelled and airtel executives will come and take away the Landline set and Broadband modem. But the connection was not disconnection after 1 month of follow-up. I use to continuously call Airtel Customer care and they give false promises.

1st Airtel Cancellation No. 1291777

2nd Cancellation No. 1312284

I have many reference no. but the Last service request reference no. is 41598308 on 4th janauray they said our customer care will get back to you by 7th Jan but i haven't got any call from airtel.

This is a serious concern. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
