This is regarding the AIRTEL Hyderabad number I have (8008266010)
I called up Airtel Customer Care on 9-March @ 9:46 PM regarding the Bill Payment and GPRS.
I paid the bill from Airtel Net Payment and then i got Airtel Netbanking Response "Sorry! Your payment has been cancelled. Please try later" however The money got deducted from my saving accounts.
Secondly, I had a GPRS plan of Rs. 99 earlier which I got cancelled some 20 days back and I had a doubt that I was still being charged for that.
The agent took more than 9 minutes to tell me
1) the bill gets reflected only after 24 hrs
2) the GPRS plan is no more active
and we had a major argument over this on the phone.
After 1 minute of the call got over, I got a call from 9966084731 saying that "I am calling from Police Station and u just misbehaved with the Airtel agent". I knew that it can't be possible for a POLICE to call because of that so I just disconnected the call.
Since then I am getting abusive SMS from the same 9966084731 number.
I kindly request the AIRTEL to train their representatives and DON'T THREATEN THE CUSTOMERS.
This is utterly rubbish
