There is a very serious problem with Airtel. Every month Iface some problem with them.
My concern
1. There always a network problem which hasn't been resolved yet.
2. Whenever i try to call there customer care service centre I just have to hold my phone for 15 mins and listen to their IVR message, as soon it comes to transferrring my call to customer care representative it gets diconnected erytime. This has happend with me several times i just not able to solve my query and get any sort of help from them.
This company jst know how sell there product and invest more on adversting but when it comes to servcing there customer they just disappear and no sort of help and service from there side.
