Airtel have provide my company some corporate landline connections. First month it worked properly, after that the problem started after every fifteen days. the line got down for ten days. We remade complaints on regular base but in vain. the line got active on 11 th day. again the line got disconnected afetr two weeks. and afetr sevral complaints the line are not working. as this is corpotrate connection company is not able to cordinate in the market because their is no dial tone in the phones. the company is dealing with indian army as far as business is concerned. and due to airtel problem the contract of the company was terminated. because the army people were not able to contact the company. Now who is responsible for the loss beared by the company? Plz help us.
