Delay in number portability

Sir

This is to inform you that. I want to port out my number from relience to airtel. My number which i want to port out is 9381022139 and my port id is RT328678. I have summited all my documents in airtel coustomer care on 26th may and they told me that to port out your number it will take a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 7 days. And till today on 8th june my number has not bean ported out and my port id is going to expire on 10th june. So please do it as soon as possible. When i am calling relience coustomer care they are saying to call airtel coustomer care we donot even receive any request to port out this number from airtel and when i am calling to airtel coustomer care then they are telling to contact relience coustomer care we donot have any details about this number. And when i am going to airtel coustomer care centre where i have given my documents they are saying that we have already raised your request in reliance please contact reliance coustomer care and reliance coustomer care people are saying that till now they have not got any request from airtel side. Please look into it and do it as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.
