Dear Airtel Representative,
My Airtel number is 9960555683. Since last one month, every second or third day, amount of Rs.30/- is being deducted for some service which i never activated. I have called up the customer care a hundred times but still my problem is not resolved. I have also requested to activate "Do Not Disturb", but still the it is not activated.
I request to de-activate all the services on my number and refund all the money deducted for the unapproved service.
I am feeling very sorry to say that I am really not at all happy with the "Airtel" service.
Request you to take prompt steps to resolve the problem.
