Hi,

I have been calling airtel for my no. 9971100422 as in the month of may i had internet plan which is for Rs.198 and i get 3GBs of data and after that 30ps per 20KBs.

I called them up in june several times to upgrade it to the unlimited pack, but they did nit have any information regarding that and moreover i was being told the i need to have the rental plan of Rs.349 to get the unlimited GPRS plan on my phone,

I called them on 24th of June again to get this changed to 5GB GPRS plan which is for Rs.300. And when I called them after the end of the billing cycle on 27/06. I inquired about the same and the rep said that i can have unlimited GPRS plan without any extra rental plan on my current rental plan which is a corporate plan of Rs.99 (rental).

And now they have billed me for Rs.7, 900 approx. which is way higher than my usual bill which is Rs.1, 000 approx.

I have a credit limit of Rs.5, 000 and i got an SMS from them when i was using my GPRS service that i have exceeded my credit limit and my phone service will be suspeneded, which was never done. and last time I check my phone and the unbilled amount was more than Rs.49, 000. Ideally Airtel should have barred my service, but they did not.

And moreover there are couple of international messages they show on my bill, and i don't know whose no. is that and when inqured they simply replied that as it showing on my bill it means i have sent those meeages.

Plesae Look into the matter as I am very upset with the service and they charge for the customer service no. as well.
