I GOT A NEW CONNECTION OF AIRTEL POSTPAID IN THE MONTH OF FEB 2O11 MY BILL PLAN WAS ALC 149 .
FOR THE FIRST 2 MONTHS MU BILL PLAN WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS I WAS PROMISED
BASICALLY FOR MY STD OUTGOING CALL CHARGES WAS 0.50 PAISE /MINUTE
BUT LATER ON EVERYTHING CHANGED I STARTED GETTING CHARGED 1 RS/MINUTE FOR STD CALLS
I TRIED MANY TIMES CONTACTING AIRTEL, LOGGED MANY COMPLAINTS FOR THIS ISSUE BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM . NOW I M RECEIVING CALLS FROM AIRTEL THAT MAKE THE PAYMENT OR WE WILL SEND SOMEONE FOR COLLECTION OF MONEY
BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT ABOUT MY CHARGES AIRTEL IS NOT HELPING ME
EVERY TIME I CALL THEM THE MESSAGE THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT GIVES IS THE SYSTEMS ARE NOT WORKING PLEASE CALL US LATER
IT HAS BEEN A VERY LONG TIME AND ONE THING I HAVE NEVER SEEN A FRAUD COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL
