I had recharged with Rs 149 (2gb - 30 days validity) plan of airtel on 22 Sep 2011 at around 10:30 pm, Transaction Id 772391144. My main balance was deducted with Rs 98 today 25th sep 2011. I called up 198 - complaint no and spoke to many people who are ill trained even to take up a complaint and give me a complaint number. One Mr Vishwajeet told me that I am lying and that I am on 98 plan, I fail to understand how Airtel can be so callous and have such ill trained people manning the complaint dept. I requested him to take up my complaint and give me a complaint number to which he declined. I was told that i was being put on to senior personnel and was put on hold and finally disconnected.
I am sure if Airtel would play such games in a country it will be sued in millions.
