Hi, I am having Airtel CUG Postpaid Connection and my Mobile # : 9840701057 and in the Month of 4-Sep to5-Oct bill, i was charged 5Rs each for every AD54321-Subscription Video Msg. totalling amount to 65 Rs and this subscription and charge is done without my approval or request.
Request airtel to revoke this charges in this bill period and disable all AD54321 service to me
I have never registered for this service, request to disable the service and revoke the charges done for this service for previous month and the current month (next billing cycle)
