Not following TRAi rules

Though TRAI has changed the rule of 100messages per day to 200 messages a day..Airtel still retains the policy of 100messages a day..Even i recharge with Rs.67 message card in which i m supposed to get 15000 messages a month.airtel has still restricted this to 100 messages a day..it should change it to 200 messages a day..
