Egarding wrong balance deduction

I am balmit singh using airtel no 9717624364.

1. on 12/01 at 2:30 am two pack was activated (airtel radio) an a amount of rs 20 5 = 25 was dected from main balance... it is automaticaly activated

2. i make a call to costomer care they returned my money.

3.AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME MY SAME AMOUNT (RS 25) DETECTED AUTOMATICALY .

I WANT MY MONEY BACK as soon as posible.

NOTE:

activation of any pack automaticaly is very same full... it FORCE TO SWITCH TO OTHER SURVICE PROVIDER.
