Unfair balance deduction

On 9th of July I started receiving messages like 'Dear customer you will shortly receive airtel settings...' . I checked my balance and it was close to 70 rupees where as my balance was more than 115 rupees. I called up customer care, the representative put my call on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected the call (happened twice). I called third time to customer care (ref # bdmo20710002521 Ganesh Jambhale) and as usual he could not help anything about it, my balance was still getting deducted while I was talking to the customer care representative and eventually it became 0.0.

I have not made any requests from my mobile or used GPRS services (not even by mistake).

Airtel is a leading telecom company in India and I have been using its services for more than 7 years, I am expecting a better response and service from them. Please look into this issue and get back to me as soon as possible. I shall provide you with my mobile number if required.
