WRONG BILLING

I am the customer of Airtel since past 9 years and have been using the number

9810944476 but recent experience with Airtel has forced me to rethink about my

choice of Airtel as my mobile service provider.

Recently i got a bill from Airtel of more than Rs 4000 and when i enquired about

this, i came to know that this is for usage of Airtel Live and it was shocking

for me as i did not use Airtel Live. My past usage has never been so high. I rasied this matter with 121 in

January in my conversations with them but no proper response was given. After

getting my bill i again raised this matter with 198 and raised a complaint but i did

not get any satisfactory response. I further escalated the matter to Nodal Officer and appellate office and they are also insisting that this bill is for my Airtel Live usage, however, i would again like to reiterate that i never used Airtel Live and how can there be so much usage in one month when there is no usage in the past.

Further, there are some charges of Rs 477 for SMS-others and these are mainly for various games which i never subscribed to. I am shocked that i had conversation with 121 regarding these messages also but they said that nothing of these sort is happening.

I am still getting messages for various downloads which i am not doing. I firmly believe that there is something wrong with system.

For instance i got a message from AD-54321 on 16 Feb stating " you have been renewed for Games Club subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 30. Get latest games at http//gclub.in/ea." However, i never subscibed to such service.

Please help me out as airtel is not listening at all.
