I am send mail for three times to airtel for following quaries:- Please refer 9910097331 bill summery for the billing cycle of 5
feb to 04 mar. and 5 march to 04-april.
1. My credit limit is rs 2100 how it could happen to exceed it?
2. My corporate bill plan is rs 99 unlimited inter browsing and downloding.
3. Airtel live service was disconnected from your end (please refer my
request).
4. Not requested any other services but impossed huge amount for test
serv_Ayurvedic tips service.
5. Refer itemised statement billl summery of Mobile Internet-volume is all
false. Sl. no. 51- is false as 130422 kbyte cannot be loaded in mobile during
time of 5 second between 22:26:06 and 22:26:11 where next Sl. no. 52 starts.
Same above condition exits with sub Sl. No.-56 and 57 where 158929 kbyte can be
downloaded in duration time of 10 minutes 21 seconds in between time of
22:56:09 and 23:06:30 likewise all the entry is wrong.
6. Not used at all airtel live. How such a huge amount is imposed?
My above problems already email to
nodal officer, but no satisfactory outcome received. Please solve my problem
taking into considering above facts.
