Ive booked 5 berths in Chennai to OOTY AC Sleeper Bus on 14 th Dec. My Journey date 13th Jan. But I cancelled the ticket on 11th Jan. I used my Credit card to book the ticket. After cancel my ticket it shown some amount. Also succesfully cancelled status message also displayed.
When I approached their helpdesk for refund, they asked PNR no etc. I mailed ticket details to their [email protected]. They said ticket was still in booked status. It is not listed in our booked history.
We can see the refund amount only when cancellation become successful. I ve seen the ticket cancellation details under cancelled tickets menu in KPN travels.in after cancelling my tickets. I am using this services more than 4 years. They are not sending any mails for cancellation. In online also there was no history. I dont know how to get my refunds. Why these guys are doing these type of frauds in our money. They dont have customer complaints telephone no. If any one faced this type of cheating plz suggest me how to attack this.
