I have subscribed to Airtel HD DTH and was promised "to get 5month free subscription of south super value sports pack and 250 Rs cash back". Airtel also send me a list of channels (Excel) in the package. I verified the attached list sent to me in Airtel website also and found to be same as promised.
Now after installation I am not getting all the channels as attached in this package list. I logged into my account and was puzzled to see the package is the same as promised but the number of channels is not the same as promised or as in the other pages in the website. I see this clearly this as breach of trust. How can I do more buisness if what is promised is not what I get? I am a long Airtel customer and is also an investor in this company for years.
I am writing this mail because I have called customer care more than 6 times and other than =wasting my time by explaining the issue again and again, I have not received any resolution of the issue.
